ラルク初期の超・名曲!!
アルバムバージョンでは淡々としたバラードナンバーなんですが、シングルでは新たに英詩のサビが追加されてドラマティックに切ない疾走曲に生まれ変わりました。最後のほうのhydeの感情の込め具合も圧巻です。

☆個人的ラルク最強ナンバー!!
後半「そして眠りを失くした・・・」からはさらに追い討ちをかけるように切なくなってくる…。
☆皆が選ぶベストでは入らなかったのは、このシングルの存在を知らなかったからじゃないかな??
シングルカットされた数少ないシングルだしね。アルバムでしか知らない人もいたと思うんだよね。
